Return Policy: 30 Days After Delivery

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

· The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.

· It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.

· Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email must be included.

Return Shipping Costs for damaged products

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at mixselectionms@gmail.com with photos or video of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

Please provide:

· Photos or video of the damaged product and packaging.

· Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

· We will cover the return shipping cost.

· A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Return Shipping Costs for changing their mind

· If the product is fine but the customer has changed their mind:

· The customer will bear the return shipping cost.

· We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at mail mixselectionms@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided them.

4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping: If you got a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost, but if you have changed your mind and the product is fine, then you will bear the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

· Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days if approved.

Rejected Refunds:
