Before Placing an Order
Do I have to create an account?
You're able to place an order with us under your Mix Selection account or as a guest. To checkout as a guest, simply navigate to your cart on any mobile device and proceed with the guest checkout option. You will still be required to enter your email in order to receive email updates on your order, but you will not need to enter a password.
What are your shipping methods?
We offer two shipping methods: economy and express. The method you choose depends on the size of your order.
What is a preorder, and when will my order ship?
Sometimes, we can't wait to share our products with you, so we allow you to buy them before they're in stock at our warehouse. We'll tell you if the item is a preorder on the product page.The date listed on the preorder page estimates when we expect orders to ship after receiving the product from our factories. After you've placed your preorder, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.Please note that you'll be charged for the preordered item (good price) when you order it.
What is the Final Sale policy?
Items marked “Final Sale” that are purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for price adjustments even if they are discounted further after your purchase. We do not offer price adjustments on any order or item.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
We don't offer gift wrapping, but we’re happy to include a gift message with your order.

How do I know which size will fit me best?
Our size guides serve as a general guideline for helping you find your size.
Each style will have different measurements. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, contact our customer service team for your perfect fit. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note.
How do I take my own measurements?
Bust measurement: Measure your bust by placing the tape measure 1-2 inches below your armpit on one side, guiding it around your back, and ending where you started. Make sure you measure over the furthest point of your chest.
Waist measurement: Find the halfway point between your belly button and the bottom of your ribs. Circle a tape measure around this part of your torso to get your waistline measurement.
Hip measurement (high): Your high hip is where your hip bone begins. Measure the top of your hips by placing the tape measure approximately 3-4 inches below your belly button and circling. Your high hip is where your hip bone begins.
Hip measurement (low): Your lower hip is where your hip bone ends. Measure the lower part of your hips by placing the tape measure approximately where the zipper of our jeans would end (about 3-4 inches below your high hip) and circling.
Is Mix Selection true to size?
Our garments are true to size. However, all bodies are different. You can always reference our sizing guide, which features our general garment measurements, or contact Customer Service for more specifics, and they’ll help you get the right size.
What sizes does Mix Selection display?
Mix Selection sizing will be displayed in Alpha size. You can check the Alpha size conversion for your local size. Thanks.
After Placing an Order
Where is my order?
Orders generally take one to two business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is packaged and starts shipping. Tracking links generally need 24–48 business hours to be updated with tracking information.You can track your order using your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account and navigating to your Orders & Returns. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update. What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your order was marked as delivered, but it's not where they said they left it, a few things may have occurred:
- Your delivery person placed your package somewhere discreet to ensure no one steals it (behind a plant, under a bush — we've seen it all (and appreciate their thoughtfulness).
- Your delivery person marked your package as delivered a few days in advance, and the package is still on its way.
- Your delivery person left the package with a neighbor or roommate.
If none of the above applies, please double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package still hasn't shown up after a reasonable timeline, we'll follow up for you!

My clothing shrunk — is it defective?

It usually happens when these fibers tighten up due to heat, moisture, or the agitation of washing and drying. We take garment care seriously; that’s why all our products go through rigorous testing—from development to production—using third-party labs to ensure they’re safe for the care instructions we include. So, please make sure you follow the care instructions.
Can I return something I bought on ”Final Sale“?
“Final Sale” purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
